Hello, I recently sold an item on Ebay. My transaction went well and my money is being held by PayPal (I'm a new seller). The product was working fully when it was sold and the buyer received the item. Although the buyer later, had a problem with the item that he created and was his fault. He's now asking for a part-refund / refund. He's sent dozens of emails trying to get me to do so and help with a problem that was his fault and was created after he received the item. I have been trying to solve his problem, but he's unwilling to co-operate. He's set on me going beyond what I offered/sold or getting a refund. I'm trying to think of the next steps, as I stated I don't accept refunds and the problem was his fault after it was sold. I was thinking about if this goes to a dispute am I covered? Also, I was thinking of suggesting that if the product isn't working for him, but could for someone else. that he could sell it? Anyone ever had a problem like this and what should I do? If anyone could help me ASAP it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
