Hi there, I have been told through a member of staff on the message centre, and have also read online, that to upload my tracking information to the resolution centre, i must go to the 'Action' column and then press 'Respond' and follow the on-screen instructions... As it goes, my 'Action' column does not have any 'Respond" option, and instead only has 'View'. When i click on that it takes me to the claim in question, there, I still cannot find anywhere to upload information to it. I need to upload my tracking information or PayPal will close the claim and I will lose my refund. I need help as to where I can upload my tracking number and provide evidence that I have sent back the item to recieve my refund. Thanks! (sooner rather than later would help!) Will.
