Can anybody help me contact these fools to get a refund? I paid them 68.15 in May for some tools. I received a thank you email, but no tracking and I could not access the order on their website or contact them. I figured they were running slow because of covid so I was patient. Like others, we did receive random face masks, but they didn't say they came from Scaner. We thought we must have ordered some and forgotten. That was back in the summer. It didn't even occur to me they were a scam or that I wouldn't be able to get my money back. I found the original email they sent me last week and sent a request for a refund. They did not reply, so I went to my bank and they said I only had 60 days for a dispute which of course came and went during the summer. So I have paid $68 for some subpar masks that we didn't even use. Does anyone have contact information for these people or a way I can get my money back? Thank you.
