Yet another paypal customer with this same old problem, can't remove old dead bank accounts from my paypal account, "We're sorry, you can't remove this bank account because of a pending transaction. Please try again later." some of my dead accounts are over 2 years old so if you paypal want to clutter up your system with unusable dead bank accounts then thats your right but it looks ugly for your customers to see such an untidy account. i will not be phoning any customer care numbers, my account works its just ugly.

mesage from PayPal. "We have issued you a refund in the amount of $19.99 GBP for this claim. The refund will be posted to your account within 3-5 business days." No apolagie no nothing from paypal. Did i get £19.99 or $19.99 ???????????????????

Just got another email from ebay Customer Care. "I did review the information, and you are right, you did get the package to the hub as you were meant to do. Simon, as you know, eBay no longer owns PayPal, so I am not able to view this case. However, I did sent over an email asking them to take a look at this issue" PayPal you are truly one of the worse companies ive ever tried to deal with.

I am going to watchdog and trading standards after PayPal refunded a seller from my PayPal account even though it was an eBay GSP item and ebay told me they had received the item from me and that they had sent it out to the buyer. the item never arrived and PayPal refunded the buyer using my PayPal money. ebay rules state that it's their responsibility if the item gets lost or damaged after they have received it and that PayPal had no right using my money to refund the seller. so I will be taking whatever action I can against PayPal, they are a law to themselves.

Paypal are not even obeying ebays own rules. I sent an item using ebays GSP system, ebay received the item and then sent it out to the customer with Tracking number: UPAAA000000175??????? The item never arrived with the buyer. So i asked him to open a case as that's what ebay told me to do. ebay also said "AS THEY RECEIVED THE ITEM AT THEIR SHIPPING CENTRE THAT I WAS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM" So why have paypal refunded the buyer from my account? it clearly states in ebay's terms that it is their responsibility if a parcel goes missing after its been received by them. who ever made this decision at paypal needs to take a long look at the ebay rules regarding ebay's GSP and maybe they will do their job better. paypal are a time consuming company to deal with. now i will have to take this up with ebay letting them know how very little paypal know about their system.
