Hello paypal, I have contacted your tech support by phone to add my credit card account and the person added my account for me but he wrote wrong details and i sent payment to that bank account and i want a refund or something cause this is not my fault that your technical support added wrong bank account. Hello, I may be able to help 🙂 1. open ebay 2. go to my purchases or click go directly to that product page 3. click the blue down arrow (or something like it) and look for did not recieve item or something OR 1. go to paypal 2. click on the payment you sent to that person 2. go down until you see report a problem 3. now create the message 4. wait for reply Done!
