I placed an order with Shoe Zone on 21st July or 'so I thought'. According to them the order was unsuccessful and they have no record of this order. PayPal have deducted this payment from my Debit Card. Despite numerous emails I have not received one reply. How long will I have to wait for this refund. I am so very disappointed with the customer service and intend to cancel my account when this proble is solved if ever!!! Can anyone help? I have lodged a claim and that has been ignored also!!!
