Thanks for your response. It wasn't an iPad, but a Chinese tablet(one of the best reviewed ones from chuwi. It was already sent out as it passed the fraud assessment. I can't stress enough to call PayPal on all disputes, not just let the system do its job as it doesn't always. I just got off the phone with them, and the lady was impressed with all the documentation I submitted last night. We Believe the buyer is mad because I didn't fudge the customs information, and it's being held at customs, thinks he can get the tablet and his money. And while the dispute is a charge back, PayPal has released the funds back to me based on all my docs I've submitted, it can be reversed the CC company has 180 days they said to come to a decision, but they are confident in a outcome in my favor with everything I've provided, including an IP and are match with the buyer and where his cc is registered. Unfortunately pay flow pro apparently doesn't have the same seller protection as using regular PayPal, but she said it offers other protections for charge backs, which it better, paying 30/month + transaction fees to accept payments, but it's a small price to pay as it takes an immediate funding unlike other cc processors which can take up to 30 days to deposit funds.
