A Buyer bought 50 paracord bracelets from me and requested dark / basic colors. I informed him that I didn't have many dark colors. I gave him a list of colors that I had and even the list of colors I would be getting within a few days of his first email. He still said he wanted them and to make as many dark ones as I could so that's what I did. I sent the bracelets out as soon as I could and they arrived within a few days. Now, the buyer is saying that I included too many "bright" colors. I only had 5 or 6 bright colors in the lot of 50 bracelets and they were mostly kid sizes. The Buyer hasn't asked to return the bracelets or asked for a refund. They asked how I could "make the transaction better" and if I don't they will be contacting PayPal. What can I do? Will PayPal side with me if the buyer opens a case? If I block the buyer, can they still open a case?
