Please help!
I got this email from Paypal on the 19th of January:
"We've decreased the amount immediately available to you each month The amount that will be immediately available to you has been reduced from 20 692,80 USD to 2 000,00 USD. We've made this change because: We need to know more about you and your business, such as sales details and customer service history."
My shop's account worked well without restrictions 2021. There was few month without traffic, but a relaunched my shop in early January, and I got this limitation! I am verymuch suprised that my incoming payments are on hold! I gave no reason for it.
First of all, I do not really understand why Paypal is restricting my monthly withdrawal.
I have an old account, I have a very good track record with my buyers: no one escalated a complaint against me in the last few years! NONE!
I am a honest seller. If any problem rises I work it out with the buyer.
I called your customer service, and I was told that there is no limitation on my account. This contradicts the emails I got and the notification at the dashboard of my account. My funds are on hold now.
Please explain to me what is going on! 1. Why is my account restricted if I have a good track record? 2. Please consfirm that if no case opened against me, then all founds would be relased after 21 days!
3. Is this withdrawel restriction would lifted automatically if no one opens case or complains? How long does this take to get rid of this restriction? 4. What can I do to get back to normal, I mean limitless or higher limit withdrawal?
I need an immediate withdrawal limit of 4000 USD/month as minimum in order to keep my business running.
I am a good customer of Paypal, I generate a lot of income for Paypal and cause no trouble. Paypal should help my business, not hinder it with these limitations!
Thsi practice is unfair and infurating - especially considering I have a 10 year old paypal account and there were no escalated case agains me!
