They've done the exact same to me. Said they would put me through, and did nothing. Its been days no reply on chat. Can't get through on the phone other. They just drop the call right after the automated service says it will put you through to someone. It's hilarious offer payment holidays then make it unnecessarily difficult. They don't seem to be working on a form either, despite saying they are because its not rocket science. Would make a lot more sense to just add a click payment holiday tab in your account and it will pause payments 1 time for x amount of months. Why do people make simple things difficult is beyond me.
