Seven (7) times in the past year PayPal has pended or suspended my account. The pattern is this; I have a transaction between myself and a partner, we reference a Hispanic name in the comments section and PayPal has an issue with the transaction. Every time they ask for the birthday of the Hispanic persons name in the comments section. Now keep in mind the transaction is between an individual of non-Hispanic descent, but they want the birthday of the person from the comments section. Secondly, why would I ever ask one of my customers their birthday? This is the most overtly rascist action I've ever seen a large company take. Why not just tell me if you even mention you're doing business with Hispanics we'll make it as difficult as possible.
