I don't know if this the correct forum but this is my issue. As a seller on occasion customers either don't receive a receipt of payment or more than likely they misplace them.. Paypal doesn't give me a way to send them a duplicate receipt. The only recourse I have is to get on the phone, talk to a PayPal rep and have them issue a receipt. There is not even an option for this on your phone messages. It is time consuming and costly. A seller issued receipt of payment would be a great convenience and save in person support hours on PayPals end.Thanks, Glenn Jussen
