Hi Paypal, I have been using paypal since way back when it began many years ago, and have mostly done transaction on eBay. Back then I know that both paypal and ebay were not so strict and country specific yet, and I had purchased a lot of U.S. items using my philippines creditcard and also had them shipped to the U.S. addresses of either my brother or a friend. Since paypal became country specific and strict, I could not register a foreign (U.S.) address anymore just as a shipping address. I am aware that this does not hamper the paying functions and i am able to pay anyone with a registered paypal account. However, some sellers now say that they need the shipping address registered in Paypal. Is this really required, or is this just a precaution that sellers want to impose? My account is verified and the cards registered on my paypal account are all verified and show my billing address in the Philippines. However I still want to contniue the practice of having purchased items shipped to the U.S. addresses. And that also allows one to purchase something and have it sent to someone else as a gift for example. How should i go about doing this, or what advice would you give so that we can appease certain sellers who may feel alrmed by buyers who are having their purchases sent to a different address. Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Rainman
