the paypal account was opened for my preivous limited company, and i am still use it for new business after the limited commpany was dissolved due to changing. i did change the company name and address etc. today i received the email about the limitation. and my ebay site won't take any payments. Further more, i applied paypal working funds, there is still some amount to be repaid. because of the limitaion, i can not receive funds from ebay selling, which cause i can not repay the funds. please help. many thanks.
