Is there any way that PayPal response to my emails. I've written many times to their email support, I never got the answer. My funds are on hold status more than year from the beginning of selling on Etsy.com Also, I wrote to Facebook PayPal support. I got the answer that they kept my funds on hold 30 days because I'm from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Here's the answer ... "For some regions all payments are held for 30 days. If you are in one of these regions there is a way to remove the holds. The criteria for this are the following: Have a Verified PayPal account Have a PayPal account for 90 days Have no open buyer complaints Have had no limitations on your account in the last 30 days Have received over $10,000 USD in commercial payments since opening your account" All conditions on the list I filed, but the last is so frustrating.
