Can somebody advise me as to why my claim has not been settled after over 2 weeks? Item has been lost in the post. The tracking no. leads to advise telling me on 3rd June it was delayed by 24hrs. 25 days later nothing has changed. Paypal keeps asking me for more information. I'm failing to understand exactly what evidence they want? I've paid for an item that hasn't turned up. I thought buyer protection was meant to guard against this happening? I'm totally frustrated with the whole case. All the seller tells me is i need to wait longer and i am getting nowhere with paypal. Any advice? Rhea
