A russian man and I made a transaction for a game account, after I bought it he failed to tell me I'd need to repeatedly switch out of accounts just to play, and he refuses to give a refund. When i created the chargeback I meant to ht escalate but I hit the wrong button, closing it. Paypal Email Support said they can't do anything, but Paypal's twitter support said they'd send a "specialist" for extra help. They gave me the EXACT SAME email as the first email I got. I'm just certain that it isn't hard for paypal to reopen the case
