Hi Jeanette_Gallo,   Thanks for posting on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about this.   When a card is not accepted onto our system, this would generally be due to a decline or denial on the card issuer's side. We would usually recommend contacting your card issuer directly to ensure that the card is enabled for use on the PayPal system.
