You think you have had a bad experience? Check this out: I farly new to eBay. All of my sales [payments] have gone direct to PayPal. None of my customers have complained and they have all received the goods in perfect condition. My "Customer Feedback" is that good PayPal have decided to withhold payment until Customers confirm they have received the items in perfect condition. I know what you are thinking, how ridiculous is that. it is so ridiculous I will write it again. My record to date is impeccable. Not one of my customers has complained. All of my customers have confirmed they have received the goods yet PayPal refuse to release the money. as this saga goes on I a gaining more customers but I do not have the money to post the items because PayPal have my money. So postage will be delayed. The customer will be upset; I will get negative feedback and PayPal will withhold payment. Business ruined. so I call PayPal and get to speak to a robot [Automated answering service] the robot sends me around in circles and tells me goodbye. ARE THERE ANY HUMANS OUT THERE? so I try to complain only to find that PayPal can take up to 4 weeks to respond. fellow humans, I need your help. I want the money I have worked so hard for A very skint seller.
