Jeonro's solution worked for me. I had a cc attached to my account, however it had expired. After I updated the cc #, the shipping label processed.

This solved my problem, but why can’t I withdraw using the app anymore??? There’s literally no way to get to the withdrawal section!!! Annoying AF PayPal. Fix it!!!

I sent my son emergency gas money. I didn’t have a message on it. I sent the money via “friends and family”. I’ve been a verified user with a PP debit card for 15 years and never had this issue until I got a Venmo card. My housekeeper only accepts cash or Venmo and I never have cash on me. I got the Venmo card about 3 months ago and that’s when this started. Another thing is I sent the money by e-check so there were no fees. When I send him money via PayPal using my debit or credit card I have yet to receive this message. I wonder if it could be either of these things. Scammers have likely cost PayPal a lot of money due to refunds. They’ve now had the money on hold for 5 days and said they are holding it until Friday. That would be a total of 7 business days.

I'm a Canadian-American with Paypal accounts in both the US and Canada. I'm interested in transferring money regularly from my US account to my Canadian account where it is accessible to me. I'd like to do this without paying additional fees as it is going from me to me in a different country. I'm just a retired judge trying to sell some of his crap on eBay and pay my bills without a 3% additional charge to access my own money how I want to. I'm sure there's a way.

I set up direct deposit with my checking account on the PayPal app using the routing number and account number. When I called my PayPal Card, it had a different routing number and account number, as well as the city and state.

The features for in-store payment are primarily available in the US, though we're always looking to expand our capabilities. You can visit the Help Center specific to your country by clicking Help at the bottom of the PayPal website after logging in, and search for "in stores" to see if there are offerings in your country. As new features are added, articles about those features are also added to the Help Center. Please take a look at this article for some information about using PayPal to pay in stores in the US. There's also this page regarding the cards available in the US. The cards can be used in stores, though PayPal Credit cannot. I hope this information helps! Olivia
