I've recently put in a claim for items that I know do not exist. The seller claims to have bought it from eBay herself before selling it on. I contacted original seller who stated this isn't true. Anyway I raised a dispute then escalated to a claim. The seller provided a tracking number, but when entering it into Hermes it says the parcel was never collected. I've also emailed them twice and they have said no such parcel exists/ still with seller. I've so much evidence against her that proves she's a fraud. I'm just wondering if I'll win this claim because she provided a tracking number, although this will prove it's not been delivered. It's a lot of money and it was also my first time buying from eBay. It's put me off ever doing it again. I had doubts anyway but this has just made it worse
