Whenever I attempt to log into my personal account it prompts something saying that "We noticed some unusual activity" and is asking to help secure my account to prevent unauthorized access. This happened shortly after I tried to log into my PayPal account at a coffee shop. However there is a variety of issues that happen. There are 4 options to confirm my identity: "Have us call you", "Receive a text", "Upload ID", and "Receive an Email". I did the 2nd option, "Receive a text" and it had my number linked to the account. I received the text and input it but was told that I needed another confirmation. I did the 4th option (since it's the easiest) "Receive an Email". I got the email with the code and whenever I input the code it lead to a blank screen... After I refreshed it said "Problem on our end!" and then the only two options left were "Upload ID" and "Have us call you". So I uploaded my ID and then it said that they couldn't confirm it was me... So left with the last option, having them call me. But wait! There's an issue... There is no phone number attached to the account anymore (??) even after I just got a text from the "Receive a text" prompt. It just says "please add a phone". So when I attempt to add my phone number (the same one that I just got a text from) it says that "This phone number is not registered in your name!". At this point I was fed up and just decided to call PayPal directly... I called them and the answering system asked for a phone number... and there is no phone number attached to the account I'm trying to get into... what do I do?
