I have a notification saying "There's a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access." There is a button saying "Resolve Account Issue," but nothing happens when I click it - the page reloads but that's it. I have no idea what the issue is, when it started or what I can do to fix it.

I'm not sure if this is more of a Google question or a PayPal question so I've posted in both places. My question is if I use PayPal as my Google Play payment method, and have my debit card applied to my PayPal account, how will Google Play purchases appear on my bank statement? I am aware of how they would appear if PayPal was not in the picture, but obviously this is different If I make an in-app purchase, will the specific app be named?
