Hi I went to sold my xbox on ebay but the person opened a dispute, I refunded their money and relisted the item. Someone won the item on the relist and I got the item ready to ship. I then went to print the shipping label on ebay by Shutl and my transaction kept failing with the messages "Your transaction cannot be completed. Please return to the merchant" and "Please complete the setup of your PayPal billing agreement in the secure PayPal popup" coming up. I then went to paypal.com where I found out that there was limitations on my account. I accidentally filled in the 'Provide your business information' section wrong when I realised that paypal I don't have a business. This isn't a business account, this is my own personal account. This explains why I am not able to answer 'Provide purchase receipt from your supplier' because I bought this xbox to have fun with not to sell. I also cannot answer 'Provide proof of fulfillment' because paypal will not let me pay for the shipping label so I can't provide proof that it has been shipped because I can't pay to print the label to ship it. Please can you convert my account back to a personal account and remove the limitations so I can send this person their xbox today or tomorrow before they open any disputes which will further affect my paypal and ebay account.
