Customer through eBay to buy from me item. Product description, price, shipping costs the buyer satisfied. Any questions before buying. Item was delivered. Buyer means that the product is not suitable. But basically, it's ok, it was just different a slight cosmetic detail. because at the description "no return accepted', eBay was cancel case. then buyer opens the case at PayPal. But here they are indicated as a false cause: postage cost (!), the item didn't match your item description (what is an absolute lie!). PayPal to settle disputes in favour of the buyer. Finally, refund the money to the buyer without return item. !!!!!????? Buyer says that a wrong return address. Hello! PayPal, eBay have the address...then how is possible? What is happening with PayPal! I have a similar situation, but PayPal rejects my complaint against the seller. What criteria must be met?
