This is my 5th replacement card reader in 18 months. The faults have been: taking a long time to connect to Bluetooth(customers are not happy!), not connecting at all, and battery life less than an hour. How long do I have to keep getting replacements from PayPal? I've had no offers of an upgrade to the new machine( I think they are happy to keep feeding out old stock), no offers to give a refund, and no explanation as to why I've had so many faults. Poor customer service!
