Thank you for your reply. I refunded him via the refund option so assumed that it would go back to the account. He just keeps sending me messages with one or two words, asking my name or blank messages. I would like to ignore him, but with Ebay and their policy of 'the customer is always right' I really don't need bad feedback or dispute. At one stage he said he would wait until after the weekend and see if that was the delay - but now all the messages!

I Have refunded a customer as he told me one of the books I sent him had a rip. Who Knows? Anyway we are not talking major cash here and he agreed to a £2 refund. The whole lot cost £3.99 + postage! Now he has emailed and said he hasn't had the refund, though it has gone from my account. How can I tell if he has got it, it went back to the account he sent it from.
