My client has sent me money last month. And I asked her to send in Philippine Peso (PHP) but unfortunately, since she's new to PayPal, she sent me the money in USD. It's kind of a big amount. I want to give it back because it's not mine. BUT the problem is, an error message keeps on saying "We're sorry,but we can't send your payment right now." Is there anyone here from PayPal who can answer me? What should I do so I could send the money without the error message? A customer support representative answered to my mail that my account is good and set and the error has nothing to do with my account. Please someone help me, the money is not mine.
