To complete this purchase, this negative balance amount or a portion of it may be added to your payment total. When i click on confirm and pay option i get this: We couldn't process your PayPal payment If you get this message more than once, please contact PayPal customer support for further assistance error 70020 I have an open dispute with one buyer. Will this problem will be solved when i solve this dispute?
