If your seller has cancelled your order but your PayPal payment is not refunded, your seller would need to ensure that they choose the 'Refund' option through PayPal. If you don't get a refund from the seller, I'd advise filing a buyer complaint case through PayPal, as you would be eligible for a refund under our Buyer Protection policy.
