Hi. I hope you can help. I forgot my password. I requested an email verification code. I received this, and entered it. I was asked to select a secondary verification method, either a text or mobile phone call. My problem is, I no longer have this mobile, and cannot log in to the account to change this information without resetting the password, which I cannot do without the secondary verification to the mobile I cannot access. So I appear to be caught in a loop. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?
