I recently sold a pair of yeezys through paypal G&S ( which he seemed adamant in doing), 7 days after i had sent them the buyer messaged me saying he'd just received them, which i thought was a bit strange as it was a sunday when he received them and it was a week after i had sent them first class so surely it wouldn't have taken him a week to receive them. Anyway he said that he'd received them an he wanted to return them because they were a little small, which i also thought was a little bit strange. i hadn't replied to the message because my Depop specifically says no returns and i was a little bit suspicious and i didn't want him to swap my pair with a pair of fakes or something because i know there are a lot of scammers out there. About 3/4 hours passed then i got another message saying "or should i just open a dispute?". What i am basically wanting to know is do i have a case for declining the refund because there is nothing wrong with the product and its not really my fault the shoes are a little bit small, or would paypal just side with him? I just cba getting scammed and get sent the wrong shoes back etc.
