It is indeed. I did nearly the same thing. I complained about a reoccurring issue with PP via the message center and same thing. I haven't been able to view my messages since then- it's been 3 weeks. Shady. I called and got a customer service rep and she just read off a script that they are having issues with the message center, and cannot tell me when it will be resolved. It's not a coincidence that you cannot get a hold of them when you have a issue or complaint. Not good business practice, and yes something stinks here.
