I sold an item and mailed it. It was a piece of jewelry and I have an appraisal for it. When the buyer recieved it she sent me an email stating the pin was not the quality stated and she was going to send it back. She stated there was a large crack in the pin that was not there when I had the pin. I recently had all of my jewelry reappraised as i do every 3 yrs for my jewelry rider on our homeowners policy. I am guessing that she phoned paypal or ebay and within one day of her recieving the item I am negative in my pay pal bal. Now I am waiting on the pay pal people to make a judgement. Meanwhile I have tried about 7 times both online and through paypal cust svs to fix my neg bal w the linked card on my acct however I am not having any luck w cust svc being put on hold for 20 mins then calling back and finally asking for a supervisor and being told I was being transferred but again on hold for over 20 minutes. I am new to the paypal world and this was my first sale of an item so I am learning as I go, however I received a refund for an item i returned and I putchased with my ppcredit account but the refumd went to my neg balance and not to my credit balance. i am at a loss. I am trying to take care of my account and i have sent msgs to cust svc and called but i get no help... AT a loss here
