SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME. EVERY TIME I TRY TO MAKE A PURCHASE OR SEND MONEY THROUGH PAYPAL, NOTHING WORKS. IF I USE EITHER OF MY FULLY FUNCTIONING DEBIT CARDS, IT SAYS THEY'RE EITHER DECLINED (THIS IS FALSE THERE IS NO WAY THE CARDS ARE DECLINING AND MY BANK HAS CONFIRMED THIS AS WELL), OR SIMPLY "This card cannot be used for this transaction. You can complete the checkout with another debit or credit card. Please enter your new card information below." THIS IS INCORRECT AND MAKES ZERO SENSE. IF I TRY TO PAY FOR AN INVOICE, PAYPAL SAYS "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money." WHICH IS **bleep**!!! I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO PAY INVOICES STRAIGHT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT OR DEBIT CARD. I KNOW THAT I DO NOT NEED TO ADD MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT FIRST. AND I KNOW THAT IF I DID I WOULD STILL GET THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE BECAUSE PAYPAL REFUSES TO HELP ME. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I HAVE CALLED PAYPAL SUPPORT ELEVEN TIMES IN THE PAST THREE DAYS. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A DIFFERENT EXCUSE FOR THE PROBLEM EVERY TIME AND CLAIM THAT IT HAS BEEN FIXED BUT THE PROBLEMS HAVE ONLY GOTTEN WORSE. ONE OF THE SUPPORT CALLERS WAS SO UNHELPFUL AND INEFFICIENT THAT I HAD TO SPEAK TO HER MANAGER ABOUT THE ISSUE. AND WHEN I TOLD THIS MANAGER ABOUT MY ISSUE, HE WAS SILENT FOR A FEW SECONDS AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY **bleep** FACE. PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE I AM TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS AND THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. THERE HAS TO BE A REASON FOR WHY I CANNOT SEND PAYMENTS TO ANYBODY THROUGH ANY METHOD, I HAVE LITERALLY TRIED EVERYTHING. YES MY ACCOUNT IS100% VERIFIED AND COMPLETELY SECURE.
