As a freelancer, I am using pp to get my funds. I had no issues with my transactions, until the latest one. My clients could confirm me as a receipt and I would get my money immediately. With the latest transaction, my client was unable to confirm me as a receipt and when asked pp agents what is happening, their answer was "SYSTEM ERROR". Okay, I get it, so I waited for 30 days to get my funds. Today, with June 1st, the hold should be removed, but apparently, it is not. There is no new date on release or any. I am just watching my funds being on hold, without any explanation. Can someone help me with this, please? I cannot call pp directly since It would cost me a small fortune and the agents are not effective in answering. Any kind of help would be great.
