This is the message that I received from my paypal account and currently I cannot do any transactions anymore. "You have reached a usage threshold that requires us to confirm your identity as account owner. PayPal needs to do this to comply with regulatory requirements. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity at dashboard." - I called many times to the customer support but no response yet - I emailed the file needed but still no reply from them - I do everything but still, this issue hasn't been resolved. Please help me!
