So PayPal enforces scammers and hackers now? Does that mean out of all virtual goods i purchase i can now do a chargeback and have my money back because they do not have Seller Protection? I'm definitely not paying for this fee and i'm leaving PayPal.

I am not sure, it was a virtual item and it did not require any shipping. This is very unfair on PayPal's side as the buyer didn't even leave a message what was wrong, and PayPal still went on his side. I'm not paying for this and i am switching to Payza.

Hello. My father made a PP account about 2-3 months ago, and he added a bank, however, he has several bank accounts. He sent 35 euros to PayPal to be added into his balance, however, we're not sure if he sent from the already added bank account or from a different one. Should i do something? Thanks.
