Hi All, I've never had any problems with receiving payments. But today my clients from Korea can't transfer money to my account. An error message keeps popping that says "RECIPIENT'S PAYPAL ID SHOULD BE VERIFIED NON-KOREAN PAYPAL ACCOUNT." I've never changed any settings or whatsoever to my account. It has been like that for months and everything is fine only until this day. I've checked all the details including ID, email address and name and everything seems perfect. I wonder what's wrong.
