on 5th August I purchased a tablet via ebay, this item was received in the required time and product worked perfectly, just over 2 weeks ago the tablet stopped working, I have tried to contect the seller twice via ebay messaging, first on the 19th January then again on the 26thJjanuary and have not receievd a reply. Ebay no longer recognises the products item code as it is no longer in their database and any atempt at finding how to start a resolution without the item number fails and you keep going around in circles on their web page.
