I run a travel related tour business selling day trips and tours as a 3rd party booking agent. Can I adjust my paypal settings to not accept a payment through my website until I have confirmed availability of a tour before receiving the payment? I would like to avoid refunds unnecessarily. For example, I got a booking and received the money, but have not yet cleared availability with the actual tour operator, and will refund if not available. Is there a way to delay accepting the funds while I confirm the tour is available? Thanks.
