They sent me a code for a game on origin, after about 5 days of playing the game it got removed from my account and when I contacted customer support they told me that it was removed by the retailer who gave me the code for the game has requested that it was removed from my account. What category should I file the dispute as, I guessed "Incomplete duration"? Another thing is I have screenshots and emails as proof how do I attatch those, can I use an image hosting site for the images and forward the emails? Also, any other advice? How much should I ask for a refund for? Will this take so long that it would be worth buying another copy of the game while waiting (I'm not a patient man)? I already opened an ebay dispute but they sided with the buyer because virtual items are not covered.
