I purchased and then returned an item, paid for with the VISA card I have linked to my PayPal account.
The vendor insists that they have issued the refund to Paypal, but my credit card does not show the refund. When I try to use the Dispute function, I get a message saying that this particular transaction is not eligible for dispute, as though my money for this transaction somehow doesn't matter.
I've never had any trouble like this before, so I'm at a loss now as to what to do. Paypal is great until there's a problem; then there is no way to get in touch with an actual human being for help. I've been in FAQ hell all afternoon trying to figure out where my money is, but can't work out what's happened.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with an actual human being at PayPal?
