Dear PayPal, I can't access my account, everything is fine with my username and password, but I can't verify my phone because I'm not using the same number anymore, and I can't get verification code on another number, it doesn't let me change the number. Also, I'm not in the US, I'm using a foreign number now and I can't call PayPal from here (too expensive). I wanted to email you but it's asking me to log into my account in order to email. Please help me sort this out, I have received a payment and I need to accept it before they cancel it. Thank you in advance! Tom
