Hey all, I ordered a switch through Shopify last week, and the seller hasn't shipped. I've emailed the seller multiple times with no response, and I'm looking at how I can get my money back from being pending. The payment is currently authorized, and there is no "cancel payment" button to be found on the payment details screen. I've tried opening a dispute over it but paypal will not allow me to. Any help?
