Hello...I got the following instructions in an email from paypal:
Log in to your PayPal account. Click Profile near the top of the page. Click My selling tools. Under "Selling online," click Update beside "API access." Click View API Certificate. Click Renew Certificate. Under the certificate marked "Active", click Download Certificate.
I see no button on the page for the fifth step, "view API certificate" I have followed the four earlier steps correctly. Does anyone have a solution?

I tried about 10 different ways to contact paypal but kept getting routed through the same versions of possible topics to contact them about. Wouldn't it be nice if they simply had a column listed as "other" to which queries could be sent?

Helloo paypal community -- this is a real rookie question, I guess. I'm about to adveertise something on a (quite reputable) facebook group. Members of this group arrange payments through paypal. I've been advised that if a purchaser has a paypal account, then I only need their paypal related email address, and can process the money through paypal using that. Is this correct? Thanks, Rob
