Im currently transfering American funds to a Canadian institution, and every time Paypal converts the cash incorrectly. Today it told me $1 USD = $1.30 CAD. The actual conversion today is 1.35. It hasn't been 1.30 for over 2 months, so why is Paypal still **bleep** this up? Ive read that they may have behind the scenes currency coversion charges, but that should be clearly labeled in a receipt, not represented in a blatantly false conversion rate. Any professional business running through paypal has thousands of dollars a year disaprear with no paper trail and that's unacceptable.
