I'm having the same issue. Something fishy is going on. There is no email notification. And no money in the account. But the sender is saying the money they sent is "unclaimed". The email is correct and verified and this is the first time it's happened. I always received payments from the sender with no issues in the past. In fact, it's automatic from a rewards survey company. So I know they didn't make a mistake. But they say they sent it.... but the money is gone and missing.
