Hi SleepyinSeattle,
I checked out your button, and as it's a hosted button, I'll have to wait until Tuesday to get some additional details. However, I did try a really simple link button with your email address as the value of `business` and it seemed to work ok.
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_cart&add=1&item_name=Testing&amount=1.00&business=your_email_here
Besides waiting until Tuesday, if you're willing to go through these steps I may be able to help sooner:
1. Go to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_button-designer
2. Fill out Step 1 identical to the previous non-working example you provided.
3. In Step 2, uncheck the "Save Button at PayPal" option.
4. In Step 3, fill out the form identical to the previous non-working example you provided.
5. Click "Create Button".
6. On the next page you'll see a box with the code in it. Above that box, you'll see a link that says "Remove Code Protection", click that link.
7. Copy the "unprotected code", then post it as a reply here.
You'll have to remove your email address from the code as the forum doesn't allow you to put an email address in the post directly. Just remove the "@" symbol, and replace it with an "<at>" and I'll investigate it from there.
Sorry for the extra hoops, I don't have access to the system that would have the information I would need to be able to help here, but the additional steps would allow me to answer you quickly.
Thanks,
~PP_N8
