Yesterday I had a string of orders from various customers who all contacted me directly after stating that PayPal changed their shipping address to a really old one immediately after their purchase. This is a bug that i've been experiencing every once in a while now for the last 3-4 years, but yesterday it was a bunch in a row, so it seems that the problem is getting worse! It's the same story every time. Customer has their new address in the system confirmed and double checked. They make an order, and after confirming the order PayPal conjures up an old long time ago deleted address, which gets sent to the seller. I've contacted support in the past about this issue and they refuse to acknowledge it. Once a customer didn't catch that PayPal replaced their address to an old one, and the parcel was shipped to the old deleted address. PayPal refused to acknowledge fault, and I was out the cash. Anybody else experiencing this? When will it be fixed?
